Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the scenic Thessalia Region, Aeton Melathron Hotel is an absolute gem for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and elegance. From the moment we arrived, the charming staff made us feel right at home with a refreshing welcome drink. Our spacious room was adorned with soft colors, wooden floors, and offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and lush gardens, complete with a serene pool-perfect for a romantic escape. The highlight for me was the American buffet breakfast each morning; it was a delightful spread that kept us energized for our adventures. The hotel's on-site restaurant served some exceptional gastronomic dishes-definitely a treat for the taste buds. After a long day of exploring nearby Trikala, unwinding by the pool with drinks delivered right to our lounge beds felt heavenly. While we enjoyed every moment, the only hiccup was the air conditioning, which had a mind of its own, but adjusting the settings kept us comfortable. I can confidently say Aeton Melathron is a place I'll return to-and recommend to fellow wildlife enthusiasts looking for a touch of luxury between their outdoor explorations.
